Let’s Get Fit! (In-Person or Live-Stream) Sea Barre | Sea Cycle
October 18, 2022
Barre is a fantastic workout for beginners to serious athletes. It uses isometrics, a bit of yoga and Pilates to work all your muscles from head to toe. It is great for promoting lean muscle (Dancer Body), flexibility, balance, and strength. It is known to help with posture, and can ease back pain among it’s many virtues. Ellen says it is “the perfect workout”.
Check out Sea Barre Fitness’s newest addition SEA CYCLE INDOOR which opened to rave reviews in 2017. It’s high intensity cardio blends perfectly with Sea Barre classes to promote low-impact workouts!

ABOUT US
Barre is a fitness routine designed to give you a long, lean, dancer body without negatively impacting your joints. It uses isometric movements, combining elements of pilates, yoga and ballet.
At Sea Barre, our moves are choreographed, and set to one of a kind playlists, giving you a whole body workout in a fun atmosphere. Using light weights and small isometric movements, our signature barre routine will bring you to complete muscle exhaustion. This offers quick results, leading to more defined muscle, and allows for increased balance and flexibility.
