Golden Globes Winner, Best Director – Motion Picture!

The Fabelmans is a beautiful and tender drama based on a filmmaker Stephen Spielberg’s true story about the ecstasy of making movies. The Fabelmans has been Oscar Nominated in several categories and has picked-up the 2023 Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture and Best Director.

Growing up in post-World War II era Arizona, young Sammy Fabelman (Gabriel LaBelle) aspires to become a filmmaker as he reaches adolescence much to the delight of his mother (Michelle Williams). He soon discovers a shattering family secret and explores how the power of film can help him see the truth. The film also stars among others Paul Dano, Judd Hirsch and Seth Rogen. [2022, US, 121 min, Rating: PG-13]
