“Join Lindsey and use writing as a method to help yourself process difficult situations and emotions. In this interactive program, you will practice writing for healing in a variety of individual and small group exercises. You will also learn helpful strategies to continue the practice on their own time. You will also receive a journal to utilize for your practice.”
