“Talking Trash: Impacts and Solutions to Debris in Delaware”?
Thursday, January 26th, from 5-7 pm at the South Coastal Library in Bethany Beach.
 
An Overview of marine debris (microplastics, etc.), including its impact on navigation and local marine life and ways to help reduce our impact.
(BONUS: “Free terrapin excluder devices (TEDs)—bycatch reduction devices that prevent diamondback terrapin turtles and other aquatic wildlife from getting trapped in recreational crab pots—will also be available for attendees to take home. And attendees will have the opportunity to enter to win one of two raffle prizes that help address microplastic pollution.”)
