Mark your calendars, our annual Water Family Fest & Native Plant Sale is back! In partnership with DNREC, the Center will host this FREE, family-friendly event on Saturday, May 6 at the James Farm Ecological Preserve.

Full of “feet-wet, hands-dirty” fun for all ages, this year’s festival features:

• Native plant sale
• Environmental exhibitors from across the region
• Guided walks through the Preserve
• Short lectures on a variety of nature topics
• Horseshoe crab tagging
• Fish seining
• Food and drinks from Taco Reho, Dewey Beer Co., and Bountiful Bowls
• Live music from Homestead Bluegrass Band
• And more!
