Dogfish Head Chesapeake & Maine® Introduces Revamped Menu, Renovated Bar and New Lead Mixologist

By our friends at Delaware Beaches Online.

Just in time for the upcoming summer season, Dogfish Head Chesapeake & Maine, the brewery’s seafood and cocktail spot located in downtown Rehoboth Beach, is thrilled to unveil an array of new menu items, from fresh seafood dishes sourced from the waters between the Chesapeake Bay and Maine, to innovative cocktails, spearheaded by its new lead mixologist, Ryan Warwick. To complement these new offerings, the restaurant is also introducing a newly remodeled bar, boasting enhanced comfort for guests and a refreshed look.

Chesapeake & Maine’s culinary team has crafted some exciting new menu items that guests are already loving. Fan favorites include an indulgent Steak Bordelaise, best served with crab or lobster, scratch-made Lobster Ravioli, and a Tuna Poke Bowl.

Enlisting the expertise of new Lead Mixologist, Ryan Warwick, who brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry in and around the eastern shore, Chesapeake & Maine is continuing to elevate its James Beard Award-nominated bar program. With a focus on incorporating Dogfish Head spirits and locally sourced ingredients into its scratch-made cocktails, Chesapeake & Maine serves as a hub for innovation at Dogfish, taking classic cocktails and turning them on their heads in a whimsical and imaginative way.

“We are set apart from other bar programs in the area due to the fact we have a straight connection with where our spirits come from, allowing us to create more than just cocktails for guests,” said Warwick. “We bring the stories from our distillery to life in the libations we create behind the bar.”

Guests can expect to see some classic iterations of tropical cocktails this summer, some of which feature more intricate preparation or incorporate theatrical elements, making them exclusive “at the bar only” items, giving folks even more of a reason to snag a seat at Chesapeake & Maine’s newly renovated bar.
