Rehoboth Beach Yoga

Svaroopa® yoga has changed my life. I now have less pain, am enjoying walking again and it has helped with my neuropathy. The instructors are extremely professional. They guide the class with care and concern. – Cathy Lavinia Clark

Svaroopa® Yoga is an effective, safe and reliable system of yoga that brings you into the bliss of your own being by creating a deep release of tension held in the body and mind. “Svaroopa® yoga provides a core release of tension in the muscles around your spine. This is done with precise alignments in the poses and propping to support the release of tension. Releasing the tension in the muscles around your spine reduces and eliminates pain, improves your balance, increases flexibility, strength and stamina, improves your sleep, stabilizes your joints, and quiets your mind.”

ANY BODY can practice Svaroopa® Yoga. It uses props such as blankets and blocks for support in order to meet your body where it is at. This is truly yoga that anyone can do regardless of your experience or fitness level.

Embodyment®: this therapy is a gentle yet profound way of releasing core tension in the body. The therapist uses a “hands on” approach for the spine and their own power of awareness to help facilitate deep changes in the body. All of our instructors are Embodyment® practitioners.
