1/2 Day Workshop, Rehoboth Beach Yoga, “Find Your Inner Warrior”

Warrior poses create strength and stamina – physically, mentally, and emotionally. They increase your ability to remain centered in the midst of activity and stressful situations. As you explore Warrior, you’ll learn to use your legs for strength instead of your spinal muscles.
Find you Inner Warrior is appropriate for new and experienced students alike. Join Kushala/Kelly for an afternoon of spinal release, warrior poses and three Shavasanas. You’ll leave feeling stronger and more capable of handling all that life sends your way!
