About LHS 2nd Annual Golf Classic & Pickleball Tournament
The Lewes Historical Society is pleased to present the 2nd Annual Golf Tournament Classic at the same time as the 1st Inaugural Pickleball Tournament with proceeds to benefit its ongoing commitment to historic preservation, restoration, and educational programming in the Delmarva Region, through innovative exhibitions, events, and publications.

For Golfers: Join us for a 9 a.m. shotgun, scramble format at the Peninsula Golf & Country Club, on the Indian River Bay located at 32981 Peninsula Esplanade in Millsboro, DE. Peninsula Golf Course is a magnificent par 72 masterpiece – the first private Jack Nicklaus signature-designed course in the state of Delaware.

For Pickleball Players: Join us at 8:30 a.m. for a fun and competitive Pickleball Tournament at The Peninsula Golf & Country Club as well! The cost is $125 per individual or $225 per 2-person team. The fee includes the awesome tournament, continental breakfast, and a buffet lunch, a Tournament Raffle, and complimentary beverages throughout the event!
