The 1st BikeHike will be in the Month of March Madness 🤪 Saturday, March 4th @ Cape Henlopen in HERRING POINT (last Parking Lot on the RIGHT). Obtain a Year 2023 Delaware Park Pass or Pay Daily ($5 in State; $10 out of State)

We start PROMPTLY @ 9:00AM
* BIKE: 8-12 Mitles @ 10+mph thru Cape Henlopen Trails; sometimes across the Rehoboth Boardwalk
* HIKE: 2-4 Miles @ 3+mph thru Henlopen Trails; sometimes add a Beach Walk

ADVISE
1. Arrive 1/2 Hour EARLY to prepare both your Body & Bike!
2. Test ride your bike; check tire condition & pressure; check brakes; lubricate the bike chain
3. Bring a Bike Helmet & Water Bottle

SAFETY
1. Bike Helmet REQUIRED
2. Do NOT Bike with cellphone turned ON!
3. Bike in a SINGLE Row (on the RIGHT Side)
4. Hike in a DOUBLE Row (on the RIGHT Side)
5. Give EVERYONE else the PRIORITY (prevent accidents)
