“We’re partnering up with our friends from KAM Productions/302 Horseshoe Crab and hosting 302 Day at our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen this year!

An homage to the 302 area code of our slight but mighty state of Delaware, 302 Day is all about celebrating the goodness of the First State.

Fun fact: when we opened the Dogfish Head Brewpub in 1995 in Rehoboth, we were the first brewery in Delaware.

We’ve been laying down roots here ever since, and we’re so excited to join in on the 302 Day fun that KAM Productions has been putting together every year! Stop by on March 2nd & 5th to enjoy a slew of Delaware-centric eats, treats, and festivities.

Saturday, Mar. 5: 12 pm to 6 pm

Official 302 Day Celebration on grassy knoll at Milton Brewery:

We’re keeping the party rolling on Saturday, Mar. 5, with live music, Delaware-centric drink options, a costume contest, games, food and so much more at our brewery!

Eats & Treats:

• If you’ve ever visited us here in coastal Delaware, there’s a good chance you’ve imbibed the iconic ‘Crush’ –  a refreshing sipper crafted right before your very eyes that includes fresh-squeezed citrus fruit. To celebrate this local libation, we’ll have our two new ‘Crush’ Canned Cocktails available! We’ll also be pouring Blue Hen Pilsner – our super sessionable pilsner brewed with only four ingredients – water, yeast, earthy Saaz hops, and Delaware-grown and malted barley.
• We’ll be serving up brats, chowder, and pickles outside and our Tasting Room & Kitchen will be open for folks to snag all of our regular eats & treats.
• Fifer Orchards will be joining the fun too – stop by their stand to buy some of their famous Apple Cider Donuts and Kettle Corn!

Live music: 

• Homestead Bluegrass will be rockin’ out from 2 to 5 pm on the grassy knoll.
• You’ll find DJ Droid spinning vinyl inside the Tasting Room from 5 to 7 pm!

Merch & Swag:

• Our friends from KAM Productions will be on-site releasing new merch as well as having a liquidation sale.
• They’ll also be raffling off tickets to win a set of Delaware-themed cornhole boards – there will be two sets to win!
• All of the proceeds from the raffle will go to benefit the Friends Of Delaware State Parks. They’ll have their Airstream on site with information and they’ll also be selling annual State Park passes.

All the other goodness:

• Dress up in your best outfit that shows off your Delaware spirit to be entered in our costume contest!
• We’ll have a bunch of lawn games set up for everyone to play!
• This event is family-friendly and dog-friendly.
