Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi

  • Milton Public Library, Gentle Chair / Floor Yoga (rotating weeks between Chair / Floor), Wednesdays at 10am
  • South Coastal Public Library, varying options of Gentle Flow Yoga, Mindful Movement and Tai Chi for Health and Balance—new free classes each month by local practitioners
  • Rehoboth Beach Public Library, Creative Movement Virtual Yoga: Sundays at 11am through Dec. 31: Cooped up inside with an excess of energy and unsure what to do with it? Why not try yoga! Jenne Kaufman offers free, regular virtual yoga sessions every Sunday via Zoom. This class focuses on breathing and poses, and it’s perfect for seasoned yoga experts and newbies alike.     Take a short reading break and walk with us at the Frankford Community Park at 10:30 a.m., every Friday. Walk and talk about what you are reading or pop in your earbuds and listen to your favorite music or audiobook. All ages are welcome.
