Free Course On The Delaware State Constitution: This 7 week course is a lecture series being offered on Wednesdays, July 19th through Aug 30th 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., that is open to the public (Adults and Children ages 12+). Take advantage of this great opportunity to study the history and gain a basic understanding of our Delaware State Constitution. Know your rights! Bring a friend or the kids (12 years and older) and learn together.
