Health / Social Service Needs–get help signing up!
A Teleservices Navigator is available to assist library patrons with their health and social service needs. The Navigator can assist patrons with applying for food assistance, Medicaid, Long-Term Nursing Care, Childcare, Home Energy Assistance, Employment and Training, referrals to partner organizations, etc.
The Navigators can also assist with our telehealth kiosks which are secure booths equipped with an ipad linked to services. Large enough for up to three people, the user(s) can take part in job interviews, speak to a therapist, or use video-conferencing software for telehealth, legal support, and employment assistance.
