With 31 days in March, you have 31 chances to win!

Every day is a NEW drawing, so if you do not win one day, your ticket will remain in the pot and could be drawn the next day. All net proceeds benefit the Library. Tickets may be purchased at the library and select area businesses.”

This a super fun raffle BUT the only reason we are able to give away gift certificates to LOCAL BUSINESSES is because those businesses donated the gift certificates to us. RIGHT NOW things are a little uncertain for many of the brick and mortar stores and restaurants that serve our community, and make it a wonderful place to live.

PLEASE show these folks some love right now – pick up food to go or order delivery, buy gift cards online, shop their website, and tell your friends, family, and neighbors to do the same (but only talk to them from a safe distance!). Below are all the businesses that supported 31 Chances. Even if a local business isn’t on the list, show them love too. We’re all in this together.”

The Library is pleased to announce there will be a special prize drawing on the final day of drawings (March 31).
The first name drawn on that day will win a $250 gift card for use at any of the following Highway One Companies: Rusty Rudder, Northbeach, Bottle & Cork, Outlet Liquors, Ivy, and Dewey Beach Liquors.

The second, and final, name drawn will win the GRAND PRIZE of a Dogfish Head Craft Brewery gift box full of Dogfish merchandise and a gift certificate for a two-night stay at Lewes’ Dogfish Inn. This package is worth over $500.
