Bring the entire family & join the Milford Public Library: FREE blood pressure and BMI screenings for everyone, and dental exams with on-the-spot assistance and dental referrals. FREE cholesterol, HgA1C, and lead testing for AmeriHealth Caritas DE members. In addition, providing FREE health & wellness-related educational material and giveaways to everyone who joins the event! The AmeriHealth wellness mobile will be parked in the Milford, S Washington Street parking lot from 4:00-7:00 PM
