During the month of October, dozens of numbered scarecrows will be located at various businesses throughout the Resort Area including Dewey Beach, Downtown Rehoboth & Route One.  Beginning October 1st, Scarecrow Locator Lists will be available at the Chamber’s Administration Building at 306 Rehoboth Avenue, Visitors Center at 501 Rehoboth Avenue, and Beach-Fun.com. There will be both electronic and paper voting October 1st – 31st with winners announced in November!
