Almost all of the work we do at Southern Delaware Therapeutic Riding Center (SDTR) is done by volunteers.  We are always looking for folks eager to help with a variety of activities including assisting with lessons, barn and horse care, maintenance and construction, event support and fundraising. 

Different volunteer positions require different levels of experience as well as training offered here at SDTR.  To that end, we offer a monthly orientation so that you may learn more about our volunteer positions and requirements.  During the orientation you will also get a chance to observe several of our volunteers in action including Horse Care volunteers and Lesson volunteers.
